Our story

Avier Partners was founded in Chennai in 2026 to do one thing well: help boards and owners make the leadership appointments that shape their organisations for years to come.

We have built the firm deliberately small. A partner leads every mandate personally, from the first conversation with the board to the last reference call. We take on only as many searches as we can give our full attention, and we say no to work we do not believe we can do exceptionally well.

We are new, and we are candid about it. What we offer instead of a long list of past placements is a method we believe in, a standard of care we will not compromise, and the accountability of people whose names are on the door. We would rather earn a client's trust one appointment at a time than claim it in advance.
