Avier Partners Private Limited, with its registered office in Chennai, India, is the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through this website and in the course of our search and advisory work, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. 02Information we collect
We collect information you provide to us directly, such as your name, contact details, career history and any CV you choose to share.
In the course of executive search we may also gather professional information from public sources and from referees, always in connection with a specific mandate or your long-term career interests.
03How we use it
We use your information to consider you for current and future roles, to respond to enquiries, to manage our client relationships and to meet our legal obligations.
We never share a candidate's details with a client without that candidate's explicit agreement.
04How long we keep it
We retain candidate information for as long as it remains relevant to our work, and review it at least every three years. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
05Your rights
You may ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. To make a request or raise a grievance, write to us at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
06Cookies
This website uses only the storage strictly necessary for it to function, such as remembering that you have already seen the opening animation during a visit. We do not use advertising cookies.
